  • We strive to make every customer 100% happy with their purchase at StepInTheNameOfLife.com. For any reason that you would like to request a refund on an item, please call us first at (305)515-6150. Please leave a message stating your Order Number #000000????, your name, contact number, and reason why you are requesting a refund. We will get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your refund request.

    All merchandise purchased from StepInTheNameOfLife.com may be returned by mail to P.O. Box 171801 Hialeah, Fl 33017-1801 within 7 business days of receiving your call to request a refund. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

    CLOTHING & WORKOUT TOWELS
    * All clothing or workout towels: Merchandise must be returned unworn, with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

    DVDS
    * DVDs: Must be returned in it's original package without cosmetic damages to the DVD Disc or DVD Case.
    RETURN EXCEPTIONS - Here are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:
    Damaged or Defective Items
    If an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item by mail for a full refund. Please follow the procedures listed in Return an Item by Mail.

    RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
    Return or Exchange
    You can replace, exchange, or get credit for an item immediately in a store, pending product availability. Please see the Returns Policy section above for exceptions.

    Return or Exchange an Item by Mail
    To return or exchange an item by mail, include the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.

    About Mail Returns
    * Once we receive your item, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
    * We recommend that you insure your package and ship it via a trackable carrier method. Step In The Name Of Life, LLC cannot replace or provide credit for any item lost during return shipping.

    If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement by mail by following these instructions. The replacement item will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon receipt of the original item at our Returns Center, pending product availability.
